10 - 20 Kg:   €11.25 per Kg
20 - 30 Kg:  €10.99 per Kg
30 - 40 Kg:  €10.75 per Kg

40 - 50 Kg:  €10.50 per Kg

Over 50 Kg: €10.25 per Kg
Minimum Charge: €5.75 (for half a kilogram)

Please note that starting January 2026, KeBay will be required to register for VAT and start charging 16% as per the Kenyan Revenue Authority directive. For example in the 20-30 Kg category, a fee of €0.7024 will be added to our fee of €10.99 = resulting in a total of €11.69.

We charge volumetric weight or actual weight whichever is higher. For a quotation, please send us the width x length x height in CMS (divide by 6000=volumetric weight).

Please note that there are no volumetric weight charges from UK or USA via air.
