We can procure all manner of items from the UK, USA, Germany, the EU, South Africa and China (English-language sites only) and provide our Assisted Purchase Service from all these countries, whether by sea or air. We purchase on your behalf using our company credit card, shop and ship right to your doorstep.

We request that payments for purchases be made upfront and in full via M-Pesa or bank-to-bank transfer. Delivery fees are charged once the product has arrived in Nairobi. We weigh on our digital scales and charge accordingly.

We recommend buying NEW electrical appliances and electronics from the UK, because the voltage and electrical plugs match Kenya's, and electronics containing lithium batteries can also be shipped from the UK via air or sea.

Purchasing electronics containing lithium batteries from the USA or Germany via air will attract a HazMat fee by the airlines of Kes 6160, or ship via sea with no HazMat charges.
