KeBay Shipping offers two (2) types of services, Shop & Ship and Assisted Purchase.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME?

We strive to ship to Kenya in 8 to 12 days from the UK and 10 to 15 days from USA and Germany after receiving your items at our warehouses.
WHAT ARE YOUR FORMS OF PAYMENTS?

We accept lipa na mpesa cash in KES or bank to bank payment in KES in Kenya or GBP in the UK. We cannot accept cash in a foreign currency or payments in the USA.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT CONDITIONS?

All our invoices are 30 days unless we agree otherwise. Invoices are added to the package, and can also be sent electronically or to a separate address if required. We take full payment for all confirmed orders.
HOW IS THE SHIPPING COST CALCULATED?

Our normal air freight shipping rates start from £5.50 from the UK to Kenya, $10 from the US to Kenya, and €6.00 from Germany to Kenya for half a Kg. We source and shop for you free of charge. See More
