International Transport: Kindly ensure your items are suitable for international air transport. If you are in any doubt, please contact us before placing your order.
Chargeable Weight: We charge based on volumetric weight or actual weight, whichever is higher.
- Formula for Volumetric Weight: Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) ÷ 6000 = Volumetric Weight (kg).
- Note: Our UK route offers no volumetric weight charges.

Delivery Time: Shipping from Germany to Kenya normally takes 9 to 13 days. (Unforeseen circumstances, customs clearance by KRA, or airline delays can occasionally cause delays beyond our control).
Cut-Off Day: We dispatch shipments from Germany every Thursday morning. The weekly cut-off time is Wednesday late afternoon.
Customs / VAT Notice: Please avoid purchasing items from outside the European Union (EU), as this may attract customs duties/VAT fees and cause delivery delays.
Tracking & Notification:
