VAT battery, so we suggest shipping Li-Ion batteries or any electronics containing them (for example handsets, laptops, MP3 players, headphones, Bluetooth devices, speakers), from the UK instead where it is completely free of HazMat charges (and cheaper to ship).

Delivery from the USA to Kenya normally takes 8 to 12 days (unforseen circumstances by KRA, or the airlines, can sometimes cause delays beyond our control). We ship out from the USA on Tuesday, so the cut-off day is Monday late afternoon.  We can usually expect your goods to arrive in Loresho the following Friday late afternoon. Please note that we ship thousands of parcels per week, so it can sometimes take 24 hours to sort (Saturdays/Mondays)
