Lithium batteries or electronics containing lithium-ion batteries can sometimes be shipped via air; however, the airline charges an additional Kes 6160 (inc. VAT) per battery, so we suggest shipping Li-ion batteries or any electronics containing them (for example, handsets, laptops, MP3 players, headphones, Bluetooth devices, and speakers) from the UK instead, where it is completely free of HazMat charges (and a cheaper per kg rate).

Delivery from the USA to Kenya normally takes 8 to 12 days (unforeseen circumstances by KRA or the airlines can sometimes cause delays beyond our control). We ship out from the USA on Tuesday, so the cut-off day is Monday late afternoon. We can usually expect your goods to arrive in Loresho the following Friday late afternoon. Please note that we ship thousands of parcels per week, so it can sometimes take 24 hours to sort (Saturdays/Mondays)
