SEA FREIGHT RATES

As well as Air Freight, KeBay is now also shipping via sea from UK to Nairobi, Kenya. It's much cheaper than air freight & previously banned items on air freight are now permitted via sea.

 

It can take between 6 to 8 weeks in total. The container leaves the UK once it fills up which is approximately once a week. Then it takes a further 4 to 6 weeks to reach Nairobi depending on sea conditions and speed of port clearances.

 

We charge volumetric weight or actual weight whichever is higher. The formula is width X length X height divided by 6000 gives you volumetric weight. If in any doubt, please contact us first before ordering.

 

Sea freight fees from London to Nairobi / Loresho are inclusive of import fees and Foreign Exchange charges. For insurance please read our terms & conditions.
