DELIVERY RATES FROM UK

As well as air freight, KeBay is now also shipping via sea from the UK to Nairobi, Kenya. It's much cheaper than air freight & previously banned items on air freight are now permitted via sea such as perfumes and oils.

The container leaves London once it fills up which is approximately once a fortnight. Then it takes a further 4 to 5 months to reach Nairobi depending on sea conditions and speed of port clearances. Please note that all sea shipping from Uk and Europe is avoiding the Suez Canal and the Red Sea, due to piracy and terrorist activity by the Houthis near Yemen. This is affectting ALL sea shipping (KeBay and competitors alike) due to the need to divert via the Cape of Good Hope, South Africa. If speed is of the essence, kindly use our air route which takes 8 days only.

We charge volumetric weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. The formula is width X length X height divided by 6000 gives you volumetric weight. If in any doubt, please contact us first before ordering.

Sea freight fees from London to Nairobi are inclusive of import fees and foreign exchange charges. For insurance please read our terms & conditions.

1 Kg to 50 kg is £4.75/kg
50 kg to 100 kgs is £4.50/kg
Over 100 kgs is £4.25/kg
Minimum Charge: £4.75 at one kilogram
